November 2021 TBR

Hi, welcome back fellow book and tea enthusiasts! Today I am drinking an Irish Breakfast Tea from Murphy’s Department Store in Stillwater, OK. While am enjoying this nice cup of tea, I am planning out my November TBR. Just to be clear, I often times plan out my TBRs, but very rarely do I read all of the books. I tend to go off the rails do to either Library holds coming through or realizing I have an ARC that is about to be released that I need to finish.

So my current Physical TBR is: Empire of the Vampire by Jay Kristoff, Caliban’s War by James S. A. Corey, Legacy of Kings by Eleanor Herman, Orcs by Stan Nicholls, The Tower of the Swallow by Andrzej Sapkowski, Shadow in the Ember by Jennifer L. Armentrout, and The Phoenix Empress, K Arsenault Rivera.

So to go a little more in depth on each of these books. The Empire of the Vampire, will be my first Jay Kristoff solo book that I have read. and honestly, it synopsis is the most interesting to me out of all of his books so far. Caliban’s War is book 2 in the Expanse series. I really enjoyed the first book of the series and really want to watch the Prime show. Legacy of Kings I picked up on a whim from Thrift books when I was picking up some books to complete series. Orc I picked up because it has sprayed edges, lol, I got it from Half-Priced books around my birthday. The Tower of the Swallows, is book 4 in the Witcher series, which season 2 comes out in December! The Shadow in the Embers, is the start of the prequel series in the Blood and Ash world. The Phoenix Empress is book 2 in the Their Bright Ascendency series. I read book 1 a couple of months ago and really enjoyed it, so I am looking forward to continuing the series.

I am also participating in NetGalley November, which purpose is to work on your NetGalley completion ratio, and that TBR and bingo board post went up yesterday so check that one out too! I also have a few Library books that I need to complete in the month of November, but they are all ebooks.

I’m hoping with the 4 day weekend, for the Thanksgiving Holiday here in the United States, that I will get some prime reading time!

What are you all planning to read this month? Talk to you soon my friends.
